Vienna Teng

Wow, what a find! The ol' Six Degrees of Seperation thing... You know that I am a fan of Harlemm Lee, winner of the NBC Fame show this summer? Well on his Yahoo fan site, someone I know and respect on there (Rei) mentioned that she was also a fan of Vienna Teng and her album Waking Hour.

You can download music from her personal site. I suggest her Song, Gravity as a first DL. (right click to download it, otherwise it will stream) I also have Gravity on my my Contents Tab for now.

I will post more about her soon... Yaaaawn! Should be in bed by now, but my readers come first!!

Check her out, ya'll! Here's a chance to support a great, as yet not well known artist... She made a big splash on NPR (American National Public Radio) She's made many appearances at colleges and other venues... She even appeared at a Rice Bowl Journal get togehter recently! XD

Small world, huh? I hear she has a Computer Science degree from Stanford(!) also... and never took a music career seriously till, while playing in the dorm commons, she kept drawing larger and larger crowds and bootlegs became a problem. Very nice person I hear too! Maybe she'll come to your school? ;)

Hahahah.. yeah, I downloaded her cd a while ago, they're quite good, there's one called "lullaby for a stormy night" I think which I like a lot. "Gravity" was.. ok ;)

hope your eyelid isn't sore from winking :D
